¥ letter will be released anytime till the first week of Jan due to a change in salary structure. ¥ Good news for EP/DP candidate that Yepb variable bonus 100% now merged in fixed salary part+ additionally company will give 5% corporate bonus ¥ For GP candidate, there Yepb will be max 5% of ctc.. remaining part will be merged in fixed salary part ¥ All these things will be effective from 1st October ¥ 1 April to 31st sept Yepb will come in the month of May salary on the basis 24-25 rating ¥ Happy Holidays - Christmas - New Year

There are people who have received letters already day before and none of them have these changes mentioned in their CTC. Nothing got merged to fixed.
