Trending @HCL; ERS Compensation letter released????

I got 3% hike and promotion too.. it will bring a difference of only 7k in my monthly salary... I am among the top 2 performers in the 53 member team ... Just wondering what else Company wants from me to get 10-12 percent hike

One of my colleagues got the compensation letter from ERS but no hike just restructured as per new government guidelines.
