I'm a Solution Architect with 10 years of IT experience, currently earning 45LPA in India. My employer (global BFSI) has offered me an onsite role in Barcelona. I have received a new offer in India itself which is around 50lpa all fixed.

What gross annual salary should I target to maintain my current lifestyle and savings after factoring in Spanish taxes and cost of living? Any insights on base vs total compensation would be greatly appreciated.
