How my EPB, VP and hike calculated during my maternity leave period.

Monthly EPB is calculated based on ratings. I believe you'll be given a default rating or 0 in-case you won't be getting the EPB component I believe. For variable pay, if you're back after December and attend Annual review process despite your avg score will have an impact, final performance rating is in hands of your delivery manager so if they are you GP, you'll get around 70%
