Why shouldn't the company continue the practice of transferring bonus deductions to the Power of One Contributions? Since our performance is ultimately tied to specific rating bands with capped payout percentages, the idea of a "wise payout" raises concerns. If the full amount is considered part of the CTC, but a portion is retained instead of being disbursed, it can be seen as a discretionary deduction under the guise of metrics. Shouldn't this be addressed transparently rather than allowing it to appear as an indirect reduction?
