Trending @HCL; Early relieving in HCL
Hello everyone,
I have joined HCL recently, I am also placed into a project immediately. Now I want to go out and I got an offer outside also with very good hike and very good position than HCL. My question was, If I resign now, will they give me early relieving ? Any suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try whatever u can and get any better opportunities you can
And dont leave the opportunity outside hcl
In hcl you dont grow

I think it's 50k to compensate and you can go easily keeping your personal info forward and can exit. Like wanna do MS or something like that
