Trending @HCL; Early release from HCL

I have joined HCL 2 months ago. Got an offer now in which company wants me to join in 30 days.

I did requested my manager to get early release as I am still in probation and have medical emergency at home but he said you have to work till your last working day.

I have asked new employer for extension of joining date but they denied too.

Looks i have to drop the new offer and take my resignation back as i cant afford no job.

Any suggestions?😔😔

Don't think you have joined HCL ...just abscond ....2 months will never matter to you ..hope you have an experience letter and all documents of the previous company before HCL

So experience letter of HCL wont be required right. If my new company is ready for this will i face any consequences in future?

No...never do it. You will be caught during the background verification as HCL have deducted the PF. Your PF statements will show all the employment history.

If you are deployed into a project then just don't work because they need work and they will understand soon it's not worthy to hold you.
Or else you can just use some medical documents and ask for release on a daily basis over email.

Get absconded. Nothing happens. Just don’t take laptop with you. Give it to IT and leave without saying anything. write an official email from personal I’d to manager and HR that you will not be able to continue because of some personal reasons. If any company asks in future. You can show this email
