I talked to my RM for early release and he said that he would speak with HR and next Leval for my exit plan. It has been nearly a month but did not get anything from my RM. I involved HR team in email chain they agreed but need L4 approval. I am chasing my RM over the call, whatsupp, Teams and email but he is not responding. I have to join new organisation in the first week of Jan but still don’t have any update from my RM. Can anyone suggest me the next step.

How do they agree for early release first?

I got early release within 15 days, I was on bench

First of all, you cannot blame your RM if he does not respond till Jan 2nd week also. So my suggestion is, speak to hr in new org and request for new DOJ. Mention that your team is short, it's a critical project hence np is not reduced
