What will you do man now?? Don't compare yourself with others.. Your CTC depends on many factors, if you really want more CTC just switch..
Fyi: I have 34 lpa CTC with 2.1 band

Not comparing bro. Just trying to get better in life trying for switch and get more. Now 11+ years exp started my career with 1.5 lpa now 17.7 I am not in fast track but still doing not bad. Just some dissatisfied with level reached so far
