Hi sharks, I wanna ask if it is possible to move out of DFS and get into a development related field or domain like ERS or DBS or preferably Hcltech SW after spending a minimum tenure of 18 months in my current project? I need some guidance regarding this.

I'm from ERS, yes good number of talents come in my team from DFS . As many are required for L2 support kind of role.
