Yes, all these boomers are wanting everyone to be like they want 20 years back.

Not appraisals they are controlling most things like Promotion, Growth of an employee, mindset

Maybe or not, MNCs are mend to brain eating amoeba until you decide to quite. Then they will please you to stay with good hike.

Seems like this is the mindset of every other MNC, you won’t get hike/promotion etc. just do your job and go home
