My team members have completed last week, no further update yet. It will take time to reinitiate. This is the worst possible appraisal system I've ever seen. 2024-2025, people are still waiting for the letters in Feb 2026, people who got it mostly no change or negligible hike. In another month 2025-26 annual review will be done.

If you do not complete, no one can help you. First complete the pending trainings and then inform your RM, ask him to escalate your case
