Trending @HCL; DNAPass Skill Assessment Test

Has anyone given this mandatory skill assessment test they've pushed for E0-E2 band? They said to be available for 2.5hr slots but is the test actually that long? Also any idea if this will affect the annual bonus or any other possible consequence of it? In junior E1 band so I am nervous.
