I have been in HCL for the last 2.5 years and since October I am on the bench.I am getting opportunities in other projects in HCL but I keep refusing every role because I want to resign from here and change the company. How right is it??

Without having an offer, it's not good to even resign or stay on bench

You can give interviews and try to get an offer letter after that put you resignation.

It’s up to you. You can stay here by opting for a project only if you are satisfied with your package. Otherwise look outside from the window for new opportunities
