Trending @HCL; Deducted money for unserved notice period

Hi, can any one please suggest me what should I do as I received less amount in full n final settlement and amount got deducted stating not served notice period recovery . As HR only asked me to resign and in mail he mentioned that basic pay for unserved notice period will be included in fnf.
