Trending @HCL; CTC increment???

Hi All,

Is there any way to get your ctc market correction done within hcl, if i talk to my rm or hr. Has anyone get this done anytime and what are the t&c in it.

Not possible it’s their criteria, if a resource is hired on some package they will never match the market no matter how long and good your skills are

Exactly 💯... that's True. Even if you are the best of the best, still they won't increment your salary. Only when you drop resignation, they might try to give max 20% hike, even when you might have received 60-70% hike from another company.

If you are critical resource and If your manager want you to keep in same project then go ahead and put paper. your CTC will be matched with ur new received offer.
