Trending @HCL; Concern regarding Annual Performance review
Hello All,
I Joined HCLTech in Aug 2023, I just got my first compensation letter, but I am kind of confused with upcoming annual performance will it be a normal annual performance where I will be eligible for promotion or for year 2025 they will just restructure my performance review cycle btw, if they will align what about 8 month of work, that I have done after first year. Please help to get my query resolved!

It happens twice, in the first year if you are joining in mid , from the second year onwards you will get in syn with others
