Yesterday I had a discussion with GM HR about updated compensation letter. She informed that by mid of December all E0 to E2 band employees will be receiving the letter. The updated compensation will be effective from October 2024. For E3 to E6 band employees, the updated compensation will be received from January 2025 onwards. The updated compensation for those will be effective from January 2025 onwards.
