You will get it for the first 2 months , 3rd month’s salary will be paid out in final settlement.

Wrong information. HCL is holding salary for the month in which you resigned.

Your salary for the month in which you resigned will be withheld and will be processed at the time of Full and Final (F&F) settlement. Next two months salary will be processed and credited as usual, on time.
