Hey everyone, don't get your hopes up too high about receiving your increment letters. The reality might be disappointing, and you could end up feeling frustrated when you see the final outcome.
A friend of mine joined HCL with a salary of 35 lakh per annum and has only 9.11 years of experience. HCL is not ready to give a salary increase to old employees. This is not fair.
Which skillset?
100% true... don't put lot of expectations guys. HCL is very good at breaking hopes.
Too horrible review completed in April and it's been December and still not received
I agree, I've been waiting for it since July this year but still no luck and tbh I'm not hoping for much increament too , because we all know how internal employees get increament
