I joined the company in May this year. Can someone clarify if I will be eligible to receive the increment/compensation letter?

No, maybe you will get a letter saying that no change.

First letter, the cut off date would be your joining month and you'll get revised compensation in the quarter further to it. May is on AMJ quarter . So most probably you'll get it on 2026 July (JAS quarter)
