Today in meeting our L4Head mentioned that from 27th Jan to 31st Jan letters will release by batch wise as well as with new labor law restructure update in same latter For below 10lpa there is no impact on take home salary 10 to 15lpa miner impact Above 15lpa upto 7% impact on take home salary

It's not an increment, this is salary restructure as per new labour law.

Yeah usp says Feb'26, saw in other posts. 7% deduction is huge, considering 30% tax deduction already 😕 If they restructure accordingly and give some hike atleast to ensure that salary is same as before is more than enough 🙄😱
