Trending @HCL; Cleared L2 Academy. Manager trying to remove me from my current project. As per the academy he should not do so what's escalation process.

As per policy, either project can give you L2 role to keep you in current project or you will be moved out of the project and a new project will be assigned as L2 no?

If you've time. Can you please explain me what's the L2 Academy and it's pros and cons?
