Trending @HCL; Clarification on TP Mapping and Career Progression
Hi Team,
I’m reaching out to understand the rationale behind the TP mapping in my case. I’ve consistently received good performance ratings (9/10 in annual appraisal, 7.5/10 average in quarters), yet I’ve been marked under TP. My reporting managers also conveyed that my performance has been satisfactory, and they were unsure why this mapping was done.
Additionally, I joined with an MCA qualification at a comparatively lower package, hoping that my performance would eventually lead to growth. However, even after 2.7 years, I haven’t received any hike or compensation revision. This situation is starting to feel demotivating, despite my consistent efforts and dedication.
Could someone please help clarify how this mapping is determined and whether there is any scope for reconsideration based on consistent performance?
