Trending @HCL; Certification reimbursement

Hi I am at E0 with 6 months of experience in the organisation. I want to get certified with some of the certifications. I found the required certificates in the "approved certification for reimbursement" list. But I don't know how to claim reimbursement for the same. Any lead would be a great help!!
