I am so bloody done with documentation in ERS stream, and I am scared what the future scope holds. I am in ERS stream, I wish to support in core R&D where I can actually learn, considering my interest in bionics. I understand it is something to be earned with time, but all I'm looking for is something atleast remotely linked to a technical domain so it'd prepare me in terms of skill.

Its good thing that you know how documentation are done… i am fucking serious bro in my project 80% of L3’s and SME dont even know the basic…. So whatever you are doing is good, just a suggestion let you RM know that involve you in small task related to technical so you can learn
Adding one more thing - you are techbee so dont expect anything else apart from these you will get knowledge with time, no one is going to put you in production and ask to develop…. And do your gradua broo
Thanks mate, I understand it is not practical for the company to straight up entrust me with the technical task. I'm just tryna be atleast remotely assosciated with what I have been trained on. I'll try speaking to my RM again or try working on some side projects.
