Trending @HCL; Can someone explain me what is EPB Adjustment Monthly deducted from Salary?

EPB is an engagement and performance bonus. It's deduction is based on quarterly appraisal rating which is given by your manager when you submit the appraisal
If you don't submit then deduction will be 100% from your EPB component on a monthly basis.
