Trending @HCL; Can someone explain about Techbee program?

Nowadays more than 50% people I see in HCL campus are from techbee. And it is very difficult to get any technical work from these people as they are not mature enough to work. It is profit for HCL for getting employees for very low wages. But it is very difficult for the seniors to manage them and get work from them.

You'll be having a 6 month training period and 6 months Internship period. After this you need to join WILP ( Work Integrated Learning Programme ) along FTE (Full time employee)

Techbee is a big scam in HCL for 5 years they have to work for 20k salary no increment no promotion no resignation

Please don't refer anyone for techbee program, if you want a person's life to be ruined then only please refer
