Trending @HCL; Can anyone tell how to see my rating currently it is in annual feedback process?

Goto myhcl.com then click on or search for My Performance then find Annual-25 tab under the Review Period - 2024-25 once you see all steps completed then click on last step (Review Completed).

Once you click on it, on top of the page just next to your name, designation, sap and employee band (in blue color) you can find overall rating and that is your annual rating for this year.

Once Calibration cycle complete for your Last quarter than only it will be available.
