Trending @HCL; Can anyone suggest what I should do?

I joined HCL in August 2022 directly from college placement. In May 2024 I switched my domain from telecom to AI in HCL itself. In my new project currently they don't have much and are planning to shift us to a new project. This project has only 2 people in the team. In the two years I got only 4% hike. I am applying for jobs but not getting calls.

Can anyone suggest what I should do?
