Trending @HCL; Call for Dharna for Compensation letter!
Hi guys!
Its been months since we are promised for Compensation letter and still no picture. Our CPO is saying bluntly that 7-15% hike will be given to our employees, Really?
Internally, no one is caring for employees and their well being. So, Now we should unite and plan for Dharna outside office campus?
You will ask why? Highlights
- They are strong in number, grew Net profit as well as Revenue
- They are organizing all other People engagement activity
- All other activities are also going on...
But only letters are not being released. Employees are not being valued.
I believe, this is the only solution. Unity is power!
Honestly, even if people want to protest, most of us (myself included) don’t have the guts to actually step up and join a dharna. We've all got mouths to feed, right? But hey, at least we can anonymously vent here and maybe get news publishers to notice our frustration.
Yes! We have our families and career at stake. But if, we are in huge numbers, than we can do that
