One month before I have been selected for a project but still I'm on the bench. I'm getting bench emails. RAS was not initiated yet. I contacted HR. She is stating that via email you have been selected for this project and we are working on further assignation process like wise. And HR gave me a spoc name of the project. I pinged him. He told me to start working on the new requirements. Question are, should I wait for sometime to Initiate Ras? Can I start to work?

  1. Change your RM ( bench RM to new project RM). So that time sheet will be approved.
  2. You can start working on the task if assigned.
  3. In parallel, follow up on RAS status with RM.
