Do any one have idea how much time we can be on bench in HCL
So after a month will the person on bench get immediate release or need to serve notice again?
If you are in bench they will give you 15 days notice period (for name sake you can leave if you want)
You can ask for immediate release
Earlier the bench Period was 3months but now they changed it to 1 month...
After academy its same or more than one months
