as a techbee prefer to be on bench it’s more elegant way of spending ur time with such low pay imo

You can't be on bench on longer period. One of a tech bee who is on bench for an year and their course work is about to get completed got a call from hr. They asked him to get into project soon and if not they won't be getting certificate.
