I have been on the bench for 5 months and am looking for a job outside. But companies require the LWD screenshot from the portal and resignation mail. I put in the profiles in Naukri and everywhere like I am an immediate joiner. Lot of calls I am getting. But due to this issue, I am rejecting the calls. Please suggest.
How you are in bench for 5 months, As bench policy is changed to 45 days or 60 days only
Once you've initiated offboarding, you'll get the approved LWD in the i-offboarding site. Take a screenshot of the site including the employee number and name visible under the profile section on the top right corner. This should be enough for the BGV process to get through with new employer
Create a fake email sending to your colleagues and show them and tell them they have changed process from hcl portal to email
