Trending @HCL; Bench & lay off query
I have joined via tss program as an analyst.( Which was a paid program). Now it's been 3 years. My package is less than 4 lpa. Now currently I'm in bench from sep1. It's been a month. I go to the office weekly three or somtimes twice. Till now I didn't get a call from inside HCL.
Here are my queries,

How long I can be seated in the bench?

Where is the common odc or shared odc for bench people?( When I asked, they are saying that, there is no common odc , you need to sit cafeteria or need to Rome around the inside compus for the minimum 6 hrs.

Will they lay off me?

I got a good opportunity and I had been worked devops engineer though I joined analyst. Now thing is I got a call from the HCL some other project to do monitoring jobs. Should I accept it? Or I can wait for somemore time?

Where I can see my notice period time like 2 month or 3 month in hcl portal?
Two of my colleagues who joined along with me had to resign forcefully by hr as they didn't got any project in 3 months. Try to get into the project as soon as possible.
Accept any profile as of now and keep searching outside HCL. Logically there is no Bench as of now. They will give u 3 opportunities to pick a profile may or may not aligned to your interest post which they will lay u off
