Trending @HCL; Are HR sending absconding mail even for billable people who are working in project?
I am working in US project, and working from home,since it has night shift and being a woman i don't feel comfortable working from office, I want to get release from project as my sleep cycle totally went for toss. So yesterday my RM said that HR wants everyone in office even night shift people and if someone fails they will send absconding mail...is it true? Does this happen with anyone ? How come HR is sending absconding mail for people who are working in project and are billable? Shouldn't HR at least send one warning mail before putting people in absconding?
Whether its true or not ask for release from project and find another, If you are not recent joiner in HCL and then leave organization itself start finding other opportunities. Be in that organization which unserstand you and your issues money you can earn from any organization after seeing your role I am saying.
Yes, this is true now 3 Days a week work from office is mandatory for everyone everywhere, for your location reach out to your HR partner or PMO
