I joined hcl on July 15 2024, coming July 2025 I'm expecting a hike, that day I'm completing my 4 years of software developer journey and I'm holding distinguished performance, promotion suggestions from my manager and my current salary is 8lpa, could i expect 12lpa this time? Or could you please suggest what i will do if I'm getting very low pay again? 😔 even I got top performance
