Trending @HCL; Appraisal cycle

Joined HCL in July 2024. Didn't receive variable pay yet and not even appraisal letter. Will I get anything by the end of this year?

Will they merge variable pay in fixed pay as they did for there eligible employees in previous cycle. How much I can expect. Salary is very less. They want to work day and night join client calls this that and in morning useless AI sessions and don't want to pay a penny.

Will they merge my variable pay and give some appraisal on top of it ?

Raise a SSD and check with ur HR vertical. They will be able to advise better everything else will be just a speculation

Raised ssd they only give general reply like it requires multiple phases approvals bla bla nothing useful at all

Ok , reopen the SSd if it's closed , u have an option to Keep it open until you are satisfied with their response

Hey Bro - In HCL, there is never a decent salary hike.
Advice would be - Just take the experience, and look to switch to a better org.

A switch early in career is much better than waiting for a hike.

Always think about your career and compensation first.

That's the plan it has been more than an year now for me so I am only waiting for letter before switching at least I get something from company before going I have done so much work for these guys. Only 1 appraisal letter and merge variable pay after that goodbye.
