Hi everyone! Is there anyone here who joined HCLTech in June 2024 and has now completed one year?

Are you still waiting for your appraisal?

Would appreciate it if you could share any updates or details you have on this.

On appraisal guidelines it is showing (E2 band) effective from July.

You will get the appraisal in January 2026 effective OCT 2025
