Trending @HCL; Applied for L3 Academy
I'm applying for L3 academy and got the necessary approvals. The current band is E2.2 and the manager informed me that I'll get promoted to E3.1 once I pass the academy.
I want to know will there be any increment? If yes then how much can I expect?
Don't do any academy from.HCL my 2.reportess did it they got promotion E2.3 to E3 .1 with hike of 1000 every month.now it's your choice either you want to do academy youmight have heard from RM do academy will give this much amount but it's not true they will deduct your salary as an academy fee. Better switch job for hike and never get retained after getting offer from other company
I appreciate your suggestion, all I just want to do is get promoted and then leave HCL if no good hike is given. Already told this to manager.
How did you apply to academy buddy? There is no academy calendar at MyHcl
L3 academy Incentive is 1 lakh Rs which will given on monthly basis around 8333/- for 1 year
After 1 year it will be added to ctc in next appraisal cycle . If in between you leave hcl every months incentive will be recovered by hcl in fnf which was given so far
For L3 academy there is no incentive
For increment you have to wait for the next appresal cycle
