Trending @HCL; Anyone who has faced disciplinary action if not coming to the office and doing WFH?

This morning only, I came to know from the head of my team that soon a policy roll out will happen for the entire HCL .. In that policy everyone will have to report all 5 days to the office...
Very difficult to do that with such poor AQI

My RM gives hardly 1-3 days of WFH in entire month , I don’t understand why they still stick to outdated policies saying that you must have to come to office 5 days in week instead They should focus on work needs to be done in time wherever we are .

Depends on your RM. If he is ok then HR will not be able to do anything.
