Trending @HCL; Anyone else seeing a "Gratuity-only" hike in their comp letter?

Just received my annual compensation review letter on Friday. I’m in the E2.1 band. On first glance, the Total LPA went up, but looking closer, the only change is in the Gratuity component. Fixed pay, variables, and allowances are exactly the same. The total CTC increase matches the gratuity change 1:1. Is this happening to everyone in E2.1 this cycle, or is this just a specific department thing? Seems like a paper hike with zero impact on take-home. #hcltech
