I have completed 20 months in HCL, still I have not got any increment?

Performance rating was GP How much % hike I can expect in coming cycle? My band is E1.1

If this is your first increment then it will be applicable from the next month of joining suppose you joined in January then appraial will be effective from the next year February

Based on your Hiring process, if you're a TechBee then 20%, if TSS joinee then 10-15% another get 5-8% max.... Don't expect much from HCL.
