Hike depends on current salary, market trends, experience, client feedback , lob performance, rating , technology, customer feedback etc … and may be we get at end of December or january this is my view

I have a similar rating...But I am 💯 sure it will not be more than 5% 😭 It's every year trend
Anyways you will receive it in Dec or Jan effective October
