How the performance ratings[5 rating scale] i.e distinguished performer,exceptional performance... are being calculated. Does it include quarterly performance rating into consideration?
Yes it's an average of all 4 quarters rating
Rating doesn't matter at all anything above 7 can be eligible for any one of them, gp ep or dp , if your project has budget to distribute in employee they will give you good rating+ hike or promotion otherwise fk off with gp , if you want to know how , one of my friend got 9.6 in annual got gp and his gf in different project has rating of 8.1 got ep ,on the other hand my roomate got dp on 9 and I got gp at 8.6 , all are different project but same lob , otherwise mine project is legacy one but didn't get anything,there is new have seperate odc , height adjustable table desktop in odc and client laptops with image in hand.
