For me Have joined hcl as techbee after 12 with starting 2.0 LPA (13K Inhand) and after 4 appraisal cycle with R1 rating in all 4 cycle and a critical resource any guess how much is CTC as now? You are right 4.08 lpa (24k) a month after giving ~5 years.

I don’t know why u still be here in HCL if u are talented enough to get R1 for 5 consecutive years… With the experience we have we can easily get 3-4times of current CTC in top MNC’s if u are talented enough to showcase what you have done for the 3-4yrs experience u have!!!
