Trending @HCL; Am I eligible for Maternity benefits?

Hi Everyone, I’m new to HCL Tech, having joined on September 2, 2025, and I’m currently on a client phasing project working fully remote. I recently found out I’m 2-3 weeks pregnant and am wondering if I’ll be eligible for maternity benefits starting from my 9th month. Also, are there any chances of layoffs during this time?

You are eligible. Don’t take any stress. No layoffs if you already on project and HCL will never layoff if you’re pregnant. take care.

Don't worry just inform RM and don't take any stress focus on your health and well being do your work and plan maternity from 9th month. Enjoy journey to motherhood
