Trending @HCL; Am I being paid fairly!!
Hi, Last year I joined hcl as lead consultant. Now I think I am not being paid fairly as I am getting 11.5 LPA (10 + 1.5) under E2.2 band. Is it okay for a E2 band person for getting this much amount.
Salary mostly depends on ur previous company salary and also how well you negotiated while joining the company.There is no fixed rule that a given band will have a given salary.I have seen people withdrawing more salary in E2.3 than E3.1 .So it all depends.
In Indian IT companies yoe*3 is good. Anything less is poor to avg.
Thats totally depend on your expenses and skillset you have, In private sector skillset and experience will justify your salary nit market structure. So if you think you have skillset to be paid worth 11.5 then its good else try somewhere else for negotiation
