Trending @HCL; Account locked by HR what to do!??
I am on bench from past 2 months, and no one asked me to come to the office i even asked my RM and they told wait for instructions, now all of a sudden my account got locked ,i got logged out from Outlook, teams, and it desk is saying that it's done by HR contact them, what to do??
In bench they are asking to report office 5 days a week. If you don't report to office they will send you notice and put abscond status on your profile. Open myhcl and type ioffboard, you can see a message there. And also they will block your salary. Talk to RM and get this fixed. Else they will terminate you in next action.
Search for job and move out you will get early release
Talk to your RM, HCL is doing this nowadays to silently fire people
Happening with lot of folks, this is because of return of office policy.
This thing is also happened with me, I am also not sure what should I do
No use to talk RM. You only have one option to report to that location or else they will terminate you. Same happene to me. HR literally took my mobile send email to him as I'm willing to work from that location
they were about to abscond me , i had to write an apology mail, now i have been asked to come and meet the HR on Monday, Absconding!! seriously
If you are not coming to the office, this will happen. Come to the office and talk to HR.
